The World Trade Organization (WTO)
The Price is Right: Strengthening Fair Trade in a Fractured World
The WTO was designed to foster free and global trade at the turn of the century. Yet issues with decision-making, the rise of regionalism, and challenges to integration have made it difficult to realize this vision. This committee asks the WTO to build agreements that encourage global, fair, and sustainable trade while addressing the challenges the organization has faced in recent years.
