International Court of Justice
I didn't do it!: Border and Transborder Armed Actions (Nicaragua v. Honduras) 1986
It's mari-time we settle this: Maritime Dispute (Peru v. Chile) 2008
Join us as we present a mock International Court of Justice (ICJ) session. Participants will engage in a dynamic simulation of real-world legal proceedings honing their skills in diplomacy, public speaking, and critical analysis. They will prepare to argue both sides of two historical ICJ cases and compete to win the verdict. This is a unique opportunity to explore international law and justice, collaborate with peers, and deepen your understanding of global governance. Delegates should be prepared to argue both sides of 2 cases!
