A House Divided: Fraternity Executive Board

Delegates will be assigned positions typically found on a fraternity executive board, such as President, VP, Treasurer, Social Chair, Philanthropy Chair, etc. They will have to navigate some of the unique problems that fraternity exec members face, such as maintaining inter-greek relations and social rankings in the face of mounting administrative scrutiny, internal disputes, financial strain, and stubborn alumni. The decisions made by this board will determine whether the chapter can uphold its legacy or fall into obscurity.

Chair - Will patterson

Will Patterson is a fourth-year student from Virginia Beach, VA, studying Accounting and Finance in the McIntire School of Commerce. This is his fourth year with VICS after having senior staffed twice and served on Secretariat last year as USG Fun. In addition to VICS, he has staffed our high school conference all four years and previously served as one of the social chairs for IRO at UVA. Outside of MUN, he is enjoying his first semester of retirement from his fraternity's exec board after serving as treasurer and then president.

Crisis director - jp hoffman

JP Hoffman is a fourth-year student at the University of Virginia studying Commerce and Economics, with a minor in Urban and Environmental Planning. He currently serves as a Teaching Fellow for introductory economics and a Peer Academic Coach for McIntire’s core finance course. Outside of class, JP is the treasurer of his fraternity and a guitarist in a student band. This is his second year on VICS staff.
